John Rousch is a dedicated educator, advocate, and storyteller whose passion for flight and career development has inspired generations of students across Florida’s Heartland. With more than five decades of experience in Career and Technical Education, he has played a pivotal role in shaping aviation pathways for young learners—establishing high school aviation programs and leading impactful initiatives in collaboration with EAA Chapter 1240, the School Board of Highlands County, The Ray Foundation, and Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
